Ashley joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Virginia Beach team in 2024 as an Operations Manager. With over 16 years of experience in customer service management, she’s excelled in her professional career. Ashley is a devoted wife and mother of two who pursued her studies at Walden University, acquiring certificates in holistic wellness and herbalism. Beyond her corporate endeavors, Ashley serves as an ordained minister, offering spiritual counseling and premarital guidance while running her mentorship program for teens and a spiritual wellness business. Her diverse interests include nature walks, indulging in the serenity of the outdoors, and engaging in artistic expression through creating new things.

Originally joining the Virginia Beach TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in 2018 as Operations Manager, Mike has built a solid relationship with his frontline employees and is dedicated to coaching excellent customer service. Mike served in the Army and was a Team Coordinator for Sentra HomeCare before starting his career at TMT. He earned his bachelor's in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and is a dedicated family man. In his free time, Mike enjoys watching his beloved Philadelphia Eagles! He is excited about the opportunity to lead the entire Virginia Beach team and aid in their growth.

Joining us in 2021, her relentless desire to serve customers makes her a great addition to our office staff. A Virginia Beach local, Racheal, has proudly called this area home for the last twenty-four years. She is a proud mom of three teenagers and two adorable dogs! In her spare time, Rachael enjoys entertaining, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
