Michael has been a vital member of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Virginia Beach team since 2018 and was promoted to General Manager in 2021. In his current role, he oversees daily operations not only for Virginia Beach but also for our Chesapeake and Newport News locations. With a background in logistics and team leadership, Michael possesses a high level of operational expertise that he applies to all aspects of his work, including optimizing workflows, enhancing service delivery, and developing new leaders within the organization.
A veteran of the United States Army and a graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in Business Administration, Michael is known for his hands-on leadership style and his commitment to building strong, service-oriented teams. He is passionate about mentoring frontline employees and fostering a workplace culture that emphasizes accountability and compassion. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
