I’ve moved twice using Two Men and a Truck. I wouldn’t change a thing. My experience has been great.

The movers were slow. They did not arrive with the needed equipment, which also slowed down the process. I will say that they were very positive and very nice. But it was unbelievable how long it took them to get me moved. They were very long breaks in between the time that they got to the truck to load things and the time that they started coming back to the apartment. A coffee table was damaged. A shelving unit is missing a support piece. One mover threw used water bottles I provided water in on my floor. There was no hustle, which made them take all day for a simple 2 bedroom apartment, then stated they weren't expecting so many boxes. Only so much can fit in a 2 bedroom apartment. I was incredibly frustrated that they took their time while the hours and bill ran up. Won't use again.

The men showed up 2 hours late. They were already extremely tired from an earlier job, one of the men was a very small guy. They started loading the truck and after an hour realized they were running way behind and needed to pick up the pace. I started helping load whatever I could carry for them. after 2.5 hrs they said they needed to get going or they wouldn't finish this job in time. They left so many items that still needed to be loaded and they didn't care. Then when we arrived at my condo they said no one told them about any stairs? I specifically told Bernadette about the stairs. I took them 5 hours to unload because they were so exhausted to begin with. I had a couch that needed to be moved and they refused to carry it They were too tired and handed me an outrageous bill. Horrible!

Moving team was awesome! They got my move done in half the time I expected! Will be using Two Men and a Truck again in the future!

The movers went above and beyond our expectations. It was raining and due to mud, the moving truck couldn’t make it all the way up the drive. The guys didn’t complain and carried our things to the house. They were also very thoughtful about not tracking mud in our new home.

They were AMAZING!!! Being a military family, we have moved many many times. I honestly wish we had 2 Men and a Truck for every move! I highly recommend them!

Good experience but did scratch up our door frames a little. But very nice workers.

Moving team was on time and called ahead to keep me posted. Both men were very courteous and accommodating. Pricing was a little higher than expected due to the elevator situation in the apartment building. Office staff was friendly, but explanation of services could have been more complete. Focus should have been on me (the customer) and not sidetracked by other activity in the office. All in all, a good experience. I was satisfied.

Very satisfied with the moving team and they made an assessment of all items to be moved so that everything would be properly loaded and secured. Additional employees were used for training purposes when unloading and were very careful with all furniture items and navigating through all rooms of the home.
Office staff made calls early in week to confirm and movers called when leaving the shop. Have used this company before and would recommend them.

A couple of broken dishes, but other than that, just fine!
