When training, you need to teach the new movers how to unload a refrigerator. Never travel down a ramp with the refrigerator above you! That's very dangerous!
Other than that, the movers were great.
I also thought the valuation fee was out of order and should not be so expensive.

Our move got started a little late because one of the movers didn't show up. We were immediately notified, which we appreciated. Overall we were very pleased with the efficiency however we felt better care could have been taken with our belongings. Items that were labeled "this side up," were overturned, boxes were more beat up then expected in transition and when placed in the appropriate room, our boxes were placed here and there, making it hard to move about the room and to fit all the necessary boxes.

I’d recommend two men and a truck if you have a lot of high cost, delicate items. For me, I have a lot of average furniture. The quality of work they did is very good - but the time they took to needlessly prepare every bit of furniture took a lot more time than anticipated. They also sent two men and what seemed to be someone who is probably not older than 17 who was noticeably slower than his peers to the point when his impact was minimal. My wife and I prep’d nearly everything, and it still took them nearly 8 hours to complete a very moderately sized move that should have been done in three. Again, friendly staff, great quality of work, small sense of urgency - which is painful when you’re paying hourly rates.

Both young men were professional and courteous. Seemed to have a pretty good plan on how to move things. Good sense of humor. Helped to make my wife comfortable since she was wasn't feeling too well. I would recommend them again.

Movers lost 2 benches for dining room table while furniture was in storage. Never advised how they were to replace the benches as originally indicated by office girl.
