Hard to get a hold of.
Scheduling error.
Crew left with 1/3 of our furniture still in the house. Had to scramble to get someone else to move the balance of our furniture.

- Because the person on the phone didn't seem to think my anoint of stuff mattered (just the number of rooms) some stuff was left behind that I had to move myself.
- Wasn't told until movers arrived that they couldn't move my swing set.
- Hooked up washer wrong, forgot dryer vent hose.
- Very friendly movers
- Good pricing
- No damage
- Terrible weather, but movers never complained.
