The patience the guys had with me in determining how I wanted my furniture to be placed was phenomenal. I ask if they would wear a mask for COVID purposes was well received. Explanation of the charges was well explained. Although I expected to pay less, I was OK.

The guys that worked my job were professional and courteous, however, some mishaps occurred. At different times, while loading their dolly, the stacks would fall or the ones behind them fell. They did move within their timeline but I feel that made them work faster and not so concerned with taking care of fragile items. We had broken items in boxes because they were crushed when labeled fragile.

I am always so pleased with the moving team and office team setting up my move! Everyone that has helped has always been a pleasure and so wonderful to work with.

Your office team was friendly, helpful and efficient each time I called your office, no matter how many times I called the service was excellent. The two gentlemen who arrived were quick on their feet and kept things moving in a timely fashion, they were friendly and professional as well.
