Crew did ok but didn't like paying for the 35+ minute break they took at $170 per hour. They also broke a lamp and didn't tell me until I notice it was broken. I'm more disappointed that they kept quiet about the damage then the damage itself! I now question if there is more damage that I haven't found yet since they were not upfront with it.

Mike & Ian were excellent! They were right on time, very professional & courteous, and very careful with our belongings. They had us packed up lightning fast, made sure I followed the rules regarding how I could and could not help, and had us unpacked twice as fast, even beating the rain! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We are VERY pleased with ALL aspects of the service. I will look no further next time I move or somebody asks me for a referral. I do not know where you found four reliable, strong, polite, energetic, and well mannered guys like Mike & team, but KUDOS for building yourself such a wonderful team. Conner, Joe, and Geordi worked well together at a decent pace. They asked questions and checked in periodically to make sure everything was to our liking. They called their advisor out to our location for guidance when they came across challenges to make sure the job was done right, which was so appreciated. We'll call you guys again next time we move!
