Moving is never easy; there is always something that goes wrong. Mine was the best move I’ve ever had. My team (Joseph, Jonathan, Robert, Quavez, Tsderiiel, and Ezekiel) were efficient, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. There are many “moving” parts to relocating to a new home. The actual physical move from old house to new house was an smooth process thanks to this team.

My move was done in a timely manner. However they damaged the stairs, the wall and a leather sectional that was in the house but not moved by them. There are cameras in the home so there is no question as to how the damage happened. They sent someone to repair the wall but they refused to paint it because we have no paint that matches. It would be easy enough for them to match the paint and complete the repair but they refuse. We wouldn’t need the paint if they hadn’t damaged the wall so I feel they should put things back the way they were before they came in to move 1room of furniture to storage and bring back a few pieces of furniture from storage. I am very disappointed with management and the way they handled the situation.

My husband and I showed the movers our belongings to be moved when they arrived, however quite a few items were left behind. They were aware of this and just said they couldn’t get it all in their truck. This all turned into a nightmare for me and my husband who is 82 years old. The office staff was surprised when I told them this the next day and arranged for the items to be delivered. The movers did drop off a piece of furniture to my sister in law on the way to our home and I appreciate that. This should not have been a difficult move, there were no big items, no appliances or pianos

The packers needed more boxes to protect several pieces of furniture, but didn't have them on day one or two of the move. Several items were broken (and these are being resolved), and two pieces of furniture were scratched up pretty bad (Again being resolved). Overall, they were a good team.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! To get things started off, the person who I scheduled my move with made me feel so at ease and relieved. I needed to move from one location, pick up and drop some things at another and then take the rest to storage. She was amazing and set the bar for the entire experience. Everyone’s attitude was on point! Kacey and Gaylon quickly proved what great work and professionalism they were capable of and their willingness to get started and do exactly what I needed was remarkable. Coupled with their lovely manners, their dispositions reminded me of how people treated each other in days gone by...with respect, hard work, honesty reliability, and with great care about their employer and their job. I’m so glad I hired them and could not recommend them with higher regard.

One mover was moving at a fast pace the other was not. In the past when one was taking furnituure apart the other was moving things to the truck. This time that was not the case, and I feel that they were slow until I said something. Then Jonathan started speeding up and did a really good job. Michael seemed to be at the same pace as before. That is why I could not give a better scoe.

Brian, Brian, Derek and Cookie were awesome. It took a long time to make my move. We did not finish until 9:00 pm. These gentlemen persevered and were very courteous.
