The guy dropped my front load dryer off the ramp to the truck he didn’t strap it to his dolly and now all Iam being offered is $100 dollars for a $700 dryer that does not work and is only 2 years old .

All disputes with me could have been handled with personal explanation of estimate before the move. Also I had concerns with the paperwork on the morning of the move and it took hours for someone to contact me after the concerns were raised. Out side of that the workers were great to deal with. Would have preferred a more seasoned team leader.

I had a great experience! The movers were very friendly and polite and worked hard and fast while also being very careful with every piece of furniture and mirror they moved. I even saw them running when they weren't carrying something which exhausted me just watching it. The office did an excellent job of explaining everything and working with me to get the move process in place. They called during the move to make sure everything was going well and afterwards. I was very pleased with how our move went.

Our two movers were very efficient, kind, and responsible. I was very impressed with how quickly they got everything moved!! Would definitely hire them again.

I have used other moving companies years ago, they were not that great. I first used your services about 10 years ago, I will not go to any other moving company any more. I had a great group of people this time. As I always do, with your company. This hasn't been my first time and will not be my last. I found out that one of the gentleman is actually my neighbor. It was good to know that he is my neighbor.

My “3” Men and a Truck were terrific! Was downsizing so moving only a portion of my things (one totally full truck) from one side of town to the other. They are hard workers who apparently enjoyed each other and interacted well with me. Have used this company before and will use them again! My kind of movers!!

The movers took shortcuts and broke my dining room table. Then tried to say it was just pressed wood. This was a table purchased from Havertys and was by no means a cheap table.

My move was booked and organized smoothly. I booked one day for your team to pack and the second day to move. It was during the packing that the problems began. The packers did not pack everything I asked. They left coat closets filled with clothes, and other items upstairs (including bureaus!). I called the office to inform them - and they said they'd send boxes with the movers to finish the job. Didn't happen!
The day of the move you were HOURS late! I was still waiting on the truck when the buyers of my home showed up to move in! The movers didn't bring the proper dollys and carts to move me into the apartment. We had to go out and "borrow" carts from the Academy Sporting Goods store across the street from my new apartment! Not even a discount was offered. Not a good experience.
