This is my second move with Two Men and a Truck. Very satisfied both times. From the office staff to my moving team, everyone was friendly and professional. Larry, Q, and Jermaine were so fast, safe, and efficient which meant my move time was less and that saved me money-a big wahoo!

The movers were awesome! They treated every piece of furniture or box like it was their own. They even helped get a large piece of furniture in that I didn't think could fit in my new home due to the tight corners! They made sure everything was where I wanted it before they left, and were very friendly the entire time. The office team helped me find a date that would work, and the pricing was fair

1) the movers were fantastic and super efficient
2) the office team was awful, I scheduled for 12, they put me down for 3 but scheduled the movers for all day and they didn’t arrive till 4:45 and the office kept telling me they were on their way for hours

We apologize that you were only happy with your movers and not the office staff. Every afternoon job is given a 12p-4p arrival time with a 30min call ahead. It looks like the customer before you had more items, and we did not want to leave their move unfinished. Therefore, it caused us to arrive just outside your window at 415PM. However, I hope you find satisfaction in the fact that the move went 1.25hours under the estimate saving you around $200!
