The two young men that moved us were exceptional. They were very knowledgeable with a great skillset for packing, wrapping and moving. It was wonderful to see such a great work ethic in these young men. In addition, they were great communicators, very friendly and respectful. Never one complaint about the heat or the distance from the apartment to the truck. It was a great experience.

The movers did a good job. Whoever packed the crates did a horrible job. Things were jammed in and not protected at all. 3 items completely damaged, others not good.

I spoke with Kayla regarding the lack of experience of the movers they assigned to us. While I understand that these young men need to learn and gain experience in order to become efficient, that training should NOT have been paid for by your customer, a disabled Air Force veteran and his wife. I was quoted 3 hrs and was charged + paid for 6 1/2, all because of the inexperienced (but great) movers

I was very upset that the price was so much more than you quoted me. You all dictate the time in which the move will take place and there is obviously insane traffic at rush out in Charleston. It was disappointing.
