Caleb and DeMarco did a wonderful job with our recent move from Cincinnati to Columbus. They were professional and handled our items with care. They were kind, courteous, respectful, efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about how to safely move my furniture without scuffing walls or damaging my furniture. I would like to thank all the employees who helped me out, especially Kyle and Ty who were so friendly and worked to hard moving a lot of heavy items. They were so courteous and professional. I would also like to mention Brianna who assisted me with the booking and other aspects of the move who was so friendly. And finally, Kathy at the Cheviot Rd location when I misplaced their business card.

Caleb and TJ were professional, efficient and extremely courteous. Communication was excellent from the time they called to let me know they were 20 minutes away until the time they pulled out. Because we were moving my father in law into assisted living during Covid, I only had pictures to show. They placed everything perfectly and even took a video to make sure it was good! Superior service!
