the two movers showed up on time. they were clean, efficient, polite and helped us. we needed to remove an old rug but the furniture above it was too heavy for my wife and i to do on our own. they helped and we got the rug down. thank you!

The two individuals were very nice, but, there were too many issues. Two pieces of furniture didn't survive the move from upstairs to downstairs. Both floor and wall was damaged when one item was trying leave the house.
The movers were late to arrive then and were on the phone for quite a while and seemed to have to talk/text a lot. Then, by the last stop not all tasks were complete.
