Overall good experience. However there were 2 minor damages on my bedroom furniture. A piece of wood that was chipped off my head board that I had to glue back on and some minor damage to the bottom of one of my dressers. I did not notice these things until after the movers left. I believe that this was just normal wear and tear that can be expected with moving. The guys did a great job of wrapping up the furniture in order to protect it. However I did want to mention it. I do not feel the damage was due to negligence.

ONE OF OUR BEDRAILS WAS SCRATCHED DURING THEB MOVE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME TO FIX IT.

I used two men & a truck last year when I moved & had an amazing experience. This time when I booked I was told not to worry about anything, anything damaged or broken was covered by them. (Nothing mentioned about them having to pack it first) they arrived, asked if all boxes were tapped, I advised most but a couple I did late night and were not, and they said no problem. 2nd box out bottom dropped and everything all over stairs and out side, spaghetti sauce shattered and everywhere, spices all over and blender. Let it go, accidents happen. Then when we got to our new place I was unpacking, while movers still present, & I noticed a box of glasses, saucers, Corning Ware, ceramic measuring cups were shattered. Everything wrapped & packed correctly.Report filed, call back sorry nothing can do

They took all day for a little apartment, the rate was too high, they damaged my property, did not set up the bed, dresser, or chest drawers. I will never hire this company again or recommend this company to anyone. I'm putting you on blast....

The movers did a good job. They were very courteous. I think they could have moved a little bit faster, but overall they did good. The one thing I wasn't happy about was the oil spots left in my driveways (both houses) from the moving truck. For the 4 hours the truck was parked in my driveway, there was a lot of oil spots. I would like it if Two Men and a Truck would do something to clean these spots off my drive so that a potential buyer is deterred from the property for this reason.

Part of a computer desk was damaged. I have not contacted the claim agent yet. I assume it can be fixed.

I had a very positive experience with Two Men and a Truck, from the office staff to the movers themselves. Shane and Alex, the movers, arrived on time, worked in a timely manner, and when there was an issue at my new address (the couch would not fit through the door) they figured out a way to get it into the new place. They used ropes to lift it up to my second floor deck, and brought it through the sliding door. I couldn't have asked for more from my movers. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone in the process of moving.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Received a quote to move a one bedroom ranch, with no living room furniture no dining room furniture no appliances for 2 men at 5-7 hours. They sent 3 men and it took 9 hours!! They made a complete mess of the floors in the home I just sold and was moving out of, damaged some furniture and property. Stood around and watched each other or were on their phones. I ended up having to start moving stuff with them to keep the process going. I called to complain and was treated like I was the problem not them. They are supposed to give me a joke of a credit which I still have not received. I feel like we were totally taken advantage of and treated like we did not matter. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

The team who moved me, Charles and Steve, were excellent! They arrived on time to begin the move. They treated my furniture with great care and asked questions to clarify what I wanted before placing the furniture in my new home. They worked efficiently and completed my move within the expected timeframe. Christine, in the office, was very thorough and courteous, as well. She explained what would happen the day of my move and followed up with me via email and/or by phone throughout the entire process . I would absolutely recommend the Akron franchise of Two Men and a Truck to anyone making a short or long distance move!

The service was prompt. Our movers worked very hard and had an excellent attitude. I would highly recommend this service to others.
