After our other excellent moves with Two Men and a Truck, I was disapointed with this experience. We paid for wasted time ie: they left their wheel chucks in the drive of the old house and had to go back after them, and when they called someone from the office to come out and examine the hole they carelessly put in our hall wall, they talked to him and filled out paper work on our dime. When I opened our dresser and chest of drawers, it looked like they had been turned upside down and shaken. Clothes were spilled down behind the drawers, and they were a total mess.

My reservation did not make it into the system but the company readily took care of it and resolved the issue quickly the day of the move.
One item (cat tree) did sustain some damage but company repaired it very well and returned it promptly.

Overall move was good but challenging. Took longer than we anticipated and we have some damage to couches and walls. As of now, still have not heard from company to come out and fix couches.

Very professional there was a glitch where a wall was slightly damaged but these guys worked really hard and did their best. Excellent!

A couple of my dresser draws don't close property. It feel like the one guy was training the other two guys and I thought I was hiring professionals.
Not real happy

The men showed up on time and worked consistently over two and a half hours to relocate all of the furniture as requested. Unfortunately, when they were backing into our driveway they put three significant ruts in our neighbors lawn. I have called the office and I am waiting for a call back from your insurance person. If that gets repaired in a timely manner, I will be satisfied.

They did break one of my outside lights on the porch that my landlord wants replaced.

Prompt, friendly, efficient, time sensitive. Minor damage. Little problem with reassembly of beds.

Everything went perfectly, until two days after the move when I went to install the TV and found that the screen had been damaged. The TV technical advisor said that the TV was probably severely bumped or shaken. I need help in resolving this issue
