I was very disappointed to learn at the end of my move about travel time. That was an additional hour. It never showed up on my estimate. After calling the office found out it was on page 2 at the very end. Very sneaky. My mirror was taken off my dresser and not put back together and now i am missing the hardware.
Response
Danielle, we apologize that your move with us did not exceed your expectations. The customer is always made aware of travel time charges before the contract is signed, we would love to resolve this issue over with you, as well as your missing hardware. Please call our office anytime at 330-794-6683.

The 3 gentleman that assisted us with moving were amazing! They worked quickly but carefully. They even went out of their way to move our very heavy & large bar out of our basement to our new house. The whole service was a great experience & I'm very appreciative of them!!

I was lucky to have 3 Men and a Truck. They arrived early loaded my furniture into the truck from the storage unit. Arrived at the house unloaded. Put the furniture back into the rooms, assembled beds. Just all around great to work with and very hard working guys. Thank you for making the moving in and out of our home a great experience.
Response

Debbie
They were so great. Careful and efficient. Loved that they wrapped furniture, that was super.
Is there a way I could tip them, since I was totally flustered and forgot?
Thanks1

Faced with the difficult task of moving large items from one location and needing to stop at 3 locations, each having to be handled differently. The four men were very professional and came into the situation open minded. I was able to review the plan which dictated how the truck should be packed. Off loading was just as smooth as the loading. Highly Recommend. -OG
