This is the second time I have used your company. They first time I was blown away with the two man crew who moved me from a second floor condo, stopped at a house, then moved me to another second floor condo in a short amount of time.
This most recent crew took five hours to move a one bedroom condo downstairs into the truck. They then went to the wrong location but charged for all of this time.
