Movers accidentally broke two flat screen TVs. Movers were very honest about it and professional. Talking with the office people, they never called me back and were very rude. Very unprofessional and horrible about explaining the procedures about the broken TVs. I had to call the corporate office in order to get a answer and what to expect with the broken TVs. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed with the office and how they treat their customers.

Two of the like to sit in the truck at times and do nothing. They worked slow didn't act like they care it they were there or not. Were not careful with my belongings kept hitting doors and walls just didn't care. They dropped the leaf out of l my table, they just picked up didn't check to if it was damaged or not so when we got to the new I checked and it was damaged. I know I will not be using Two Men and A Truck on my next move.

This was the worst experience with movers I have ever had. The movers had no idea what they were doing, ruined an entertainment center they weren’t able to get in. Broke 2 or 3 light fixtures. They also charged for 4 hours and were only there 3. I would not recommend this company.

There were pieces of furniture damaged and some glassware cracked as well as the box my printer was in being slammed so hard into something that the cardboard was sliced and DENTED. I have yet to look over more items, haven't had time.

I had Two Men and a Truck move my 88 year old mom from one apartment to another. The men that moved her were very respectable of my mom and her requests. They were polite, personable and very accommodating to her. I was very impressed that such young men would treat an elderly woman this way. She was very pleased with the move. The one thing I would say, is that I would like to see a discount for senior citizens or perhaps a discount if there is no need to load items onto a truck, which was the case for us. Considering my mom's age and the fact that this move was simply straight down the hall about 4 doors down, I felt the price was a bit much.

Lead mover was good. The remaining 3 guys seemed to have little regard for the caring for our belongings and cared more about finishing ahead of schedule. Numerous items were damaged despite a move of just several miles. I was promised a call from customer service by Monday and never heard from anyone. It appears this company has zero regard in caring for people's property.

I think they employee the 15 years old boy to help me to moving is really slowly and illegally. Also after I give my feedback to the office by phone, but the servicer's attitude is very poor. And the effective of they deal with the damage of my door is slowly too.

They backed their truck end to end with the upack trailer they were loading so I could barely see in. They heaped everything in a pile. No tie downs. They didn't use the paper pallets or mattress bag I paid for. They told me not to use the TV box I purchased from Uhaul and then they didn't wrap it. Two Men and a Truck here in IL is standing here insulting the Lincoln movers. A LOT of my stuff is destroyed. I may as well have not moved my things at all because it's going to fill a dumpster. Detailed photos are going on Google, Yelp, Facebook, Amy's List, Twitter and anything else I can think of.

I think they did a pretty good job but I had a couple of legs damaged on furniture. Nice movers. Did it pretty quickly.

Everyone I dealt with at Two Men and A Truck was very professional. The customer service was excellent. Thank you for prioritizing the customers' needs! Thank you, also, for having a live person answering the phone rather than making the customer go through a five minute phone tree and have to leave a message that isn't returned promptly. Thank you for not making the customer do everything online. And your prices are very reasonable.
