The movers did not have any boxes witch requested. They tried to move antiques by them selves without asking the other mover for help. In the process a door was broken on a 150 year old washboard.

Overall, moving experience was OK. Major drawback was the consistent underestimating of the amount of time required to do the packing and moving. This resulted in extra days and dollars to complete the move. I am not the expert in these type of matters, but it should have been evident early on that additional manpower and time would be required.

Bill, we apologize for this! Our estimating process is extremely accurate in most cases at over a 90% accuracy level. Unfortunately, this was not reflected on your move.
