We also specialize in senior relocation, either to a senior community or within a complex. We treat every move by using the beloved company core value of THE GRANDMA RULE®, treating every customer as if we were moving our grandma! We abide by all housing community rules, such as restricted times moves can be conducted as to not interrupt facility activities. Due to our professional manner and high level of service, we are also the preferred moving company for a number of local senior facilities in the Lincoln area.

in-home moves

The dust, noise, and mess of a renovation are stressful enough, but most people overlook the fact that contractors and installers will not move and replace the furniture in the area being renovated. That is where we come in! We can arrive before the renovation and move your items to a safe area We will also wrap and protect them until they are ready to be moved back. Don't forget, we also offer storage if you have nowhere to store the items while work is being completed.

POOL TABLES, SAFES, AND PIANOS – WE CAN MOVE IT!
Professional experience and safety training are paramount when executing large-item moves. Luckily, we have both! Just when we think we've seen it all, we get a call to move a 1,000lb steel replica of the transformer, Bumblebee. Yes, that really happened, and we moved it! If you have a unique item that you need to be moved, give us a call and we will do our best to help out.

A few tips for your big moving day
- Start planning early: Don't wait until the last minute to start packing! The sooner you start, the less stress you'll feel when moving day arrives. Plus, you'll have more time to procrastinate... I mean, meticulously organize your belongings.
- Declutter: Time to say goodbye to those questionable fashion choices and that broken kitchen gadget you've been holding onto for years. You know you'll never use them again, so why not donate or sell them?
- Label everything: Make sure to label your boxes clearly, unless you want to play a fun game of "guess which room this belongs in" later on. Bonus points if you use puns or witty labels! Don't forget, we offer professional packing services!
- Pack an essentials box: This box should contain everything you'll need for the first few days in your new home. You don't want to find yourself frantically searching for your toothbrush or your favorite pair of socks!
- Prepare for the first night: After a long day of moving, you'll want to relax and unwind. Pack a special box with your favorite snacks, drinks, pajamas, and blankets. And don't forget to set up your bed – you'll need a good night's sleep after pointing and telling us where to put things!
- Take care of yourself: Moving can be stressful, so take some time to take care of yourself. Take breaks when needed, hydrate, and don't forget to indulge in some comfort food (or wine) when you need it. You've earned it!
