everything was great. I was a little confused over whether or not my rate would change. One person said it was a flat rate and others said it would change based on weight. I never understood if I would be charged extra if we ran over a certain amount to time. I was worried that when the drivers could not get to our house easily I would be charged for extra time. I never understood that.
