The office staff was great and very helpful. I received a team appt. within 48 hours of calling. The moving team was very nice, and Jackson, one of the team members, was particularly helpful. He went above and beyond, assisting in many extra ways. The team completed the job within the allotted time, and I am very appreciative. GREAT SERVICE !!

The front office was nice, although I was not informed ahead of time what the Travel Time would be.
I was surprised at the Hour rate for travel, I moved 5 miles away and was not expecting quite as high of a travel fee. I was surprised by the Packing Material fee for wrap-as I was not informed in advance.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. The travel charge covers the time it takes our movers to get from our location to you and then back to our office once the move is complete. The charge for this was included in the pre-move letter you received when scheduling the move as well as the charge for the mattress bags. We do not charge for wrapping of furniture, that is included with our services. Please give us a call if you would like to discuss, we are happy to speak with you.

We have used Two Men and a Truck 3 times now. Always impressed with the service. I did have to call the office twice to get scheduled. I called after the first time because I never received my confirmation, and there was no record of the first call.
