I was very disappointed with the results of my move. Having had a positive consultation both on the phone and in person with a move estimator, I expected certain services to be performed, including the removal and replacement of hanging items, as well as assistance in getting my washer and dryer hooked up. Being told these services were available was the reason I selected 2Mandamp;T. However, when I returned home, I was disappointed to discover that not only had the hanging or washer connections not been completed, but that furniture items were not placed in the delivery unit as directed, either. Though the movers may have andquot;saved me moneyandquot; by completing the job without doing the tasks requested, I would have rather paid to have them do what was expected.

Very happy with the effort and care and efficiency. Will use you again 3 months from now when we have to put everything back!

I moved into a brand new home that just finished construction 48 hours prior to move date. None of my walls were scratched / damaged .

Only complaint is there was supposed to be 3 men and only 2 came. Turned out to be no problem.

I use two men and a truck whenever I move. Everyone has been very professional and efficient. They do a very good job and are reasonably priced.

The team assigned to my move were great; extremely conscientious -- nonstop start to finish, punctual, friendly, great attitudes ... they represented Two Men andamp; a Truck very well!

The movers that came and moved our furniture broke one of the legs off my brand new dresser. When I noticed it, I brought it to their attention. One of the movers took it upstairs and told me that he fixed it; that all it needed was to be screwed in. Well I went upstairs and lifted my dresser and it fell right off. I understand that accidents happen but when you don't have the integrity to tell me the truth...that is where I draw the line. After the movers left, I also noticed a few dents and scratches on one of my night stands. I was unable to do a damage claim on that part due to the fact that I did not notice it until they had left.

The move team were great and easy to work with. They explained what needed clarification and were quick and careful with the loading and delivery of my furniture and belongings. I could not have asked for an easier experience. I highly recommend 2 Guys for any moving needs.
