The men were prompt and courteous. They worked very hard and took little to no breaks. Only to drink water. I could not ask for any better work from anyone.

Guys were very professional even after they found our beloved cat deceased in our storage unit. The cat hit in the furniture when we packed it up from Florida. Was devastating to the owner .The guys held it together.

Packers did a poor job, they said they were out of boxes however when I came there were 7 flat boxes not used. My wife had to finish the job I paid two men and a truck to do.

The office staff ensured the quote included all items we needed moved.
The 3 men that came to move us were so very helpful. The walked through the house to see everything that was to be moved. They were diligent in wrapping furniture and individual items.
Very thorough, very careful, and very personable.
Unloading was efficient and done carefully.

From my initial telephone call to schedule a crew, throughout the local move experience, and a follow-up phone call -- the experience was great. Expectations were well set, the team arrived when expected, the team was pleasant and hard working, and great care was observed. I can't think of a single aspect of the move that could be improved. A job well done!

The guys have pleasant personality but not careful in handling furnitures that my bed footboard and headboard got lots of scratches despite of the insurance I paid. I am glad that they processed my complaint and sent a man to fix the scratches right away and he did well in repairing the damages. Thanks.
