Great service, punctual. Arrived within 5 minutes of agreed time. Very cooperative. Would definitely use again.

I was lied to about insurance coverage, as I asked for full replacement value insurance with my quote, asked again several times about this to multiple people and was led to believe we had that coverage. Items were moved incorrectly, damaged, and newly refinished hardwood floors were damaged. Mover tried to tell us large dent and crack in finish in coffee table was a cat scratch. Did not give damage report for that. Got angry when we didn't believe him and asked him to apologize about floor. Refused to apologize, left without giving us receipt to sign. Didn't find out how much we were charged until days later. Damages done to furniture and floor (large buffet also damaged) far exceed cost of move, coverage not what we were led to believe, will spend months sorting out. I hate this company.

The moving team was completely awesome. All three men displayed great attitudes. We want to request that same team again when we move in about a month.

Was never told about the travel charge of $120.00 when the move was done and it took 2 hours and 15 mins total I expected a total bill of $270.00 but the gentleman said it was $390.00 I was floored he said it is $120.00 travel charge which is ridiculous I have moved about 10 times in my life and have never had a travel charge. Won’t recommend this company to anyone.

Movers were extremely nice, efficient and courteous

Great job, everything was handled with extra care ,they were on time great attitude even sweltering heat and they got done faster than I anticipated. Really loved everything they did for us even fit us in to a full schedule.
Just want to thank everyone that helped us move could not have done it without you!!!!!!!
