The crew arrived on time and was very polite and respectful. During the move they fractured a dresser and scarred the hardwood flooring. They neglected to remove the drawers from the furniture pieces and that resulted in damage to the dresser. They failed to remove the rugs and left packing debris throughout the home.

The crew was very professional and hard working. There were a couple of items damaged and also one of our walls was damaged. The crew was very apologetic, but that does not fix the issue. I think the biggest issue is that the crew is given an unrealistic timeframe to load, drive and unload without damaging anything. All of this on a 95 degree day with a high heat index. I think the move coordinator should have to move a home on a day like this to better understand the amount of time it truly takes to move a house. Once the crew realized that they were pushing their time limit, they began to rush and this is where the mistakes came.

I am Zandrea’s Father and I worked with Daniel & Alex. They are good workers. Daniel didn’t have a tool and borrowed my ratchet set. I don’t use the tools much but when I tried to fix a lawnmower I noticed my ratchet missing. I informed Savana through an email that was sent to a Zandrea and she forward it to me as she has this email. I call the Raleigh office and a young lady said either she or Daniel’s supervisor would get back to me. It’s only been a day so I’m hoping it will be soon.

Contracted for two trucks and one truck showed . Waited two hours for second trick, some men left before job done, broken furniture.. horrible experience and nothing done by manager

A small piece of furniture never made it to my new house. It wasn't until I was arranging my items that I noticed it was missing -- my best guess is it was broken in the process, but rather than telling me, it seems my movers hoped I would forget I had the piece to begin with and not notice it was absent.

My property was dropped and damaged. I was given $66 to compensate for a brand new, still in box $650 dresser. Told to take it and deal with it. It's not enough to fix it let alone replace it. It was carried in upside down and the man couldn't hold it so he let go and let it hit the floor busting the end he dropped. I will never use this company again.

Office staff has been outstanding. Moving team was engaging and worked very hard. Unfortunately, of the damages we incurred, most were due to the crew attempting to fit all of our household goods into one truck when we were supposed to have two trucks and additional movers.

The estimator was great and thoroughly explained options. The moving crew was pleasant and hard working and did a good job. However they damaged the cooktop on my oven (which was not being moved) on Sunday. I emphasized several times over the phone it was critical to know the resolution so we could close on that house with my buyers. I was told on two days the manager was unavailable... he said he needed higher up decision. My agent and their agent bought a new oven themselves thinking Two Men would replace.Saturday Two men only replaced the cooktop only leaving both of them out $200 each. If we could have just gotten an answer in a few days this would have been avoided. It was very stressful and unfortunately changed my opinion.

The crew was friendly and courteous. They worked fast and were careful not to damage the old and new home. They completed the move in less time then was estimated and I appreciate that. However, two items were damaged, one chair leg was completely broken off and another cabinet leg was partly broken off. On that item, the crew member did not advise us and left the broken piece in the street. Fortunately I found it so it can be repaired.

The estimator explained the "Not to Exceed bid" process... the other 3 quoting companies did not and I could have ended up paying a lot more. I did not know about this prior and Two Men was the only one to offer. The moving crew was professional and very courteous throughout the process. They were delayed on loading day but finished the work and it all came out alright. On move-in day they were exceptional putting things where I asked with a pleasant attitude.

They did damage the cooktop in my old house and this has caused some concern because the new buyers are about to close. The office is very responsive.

My Temperpedic controller did not get reconnected and I am waiting. I moved 4 days ago.
