Movers scraped our newly refinished hardwood floors when moving a piece of furniture. We spoke with "Daniel" an office supervisor on the day the damage occurred, explaining what happened, and a damage claim was promptly submitted. We have not been contacted regarding this claim after more than nine (9) days of it being submitted. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication and care from the office team in regards to repairing our damaged property.

Thank you for a move in a difficult time. Patience and respect was outstanding. No regrets using this company! A piece did slip and fall in the transfer from room to truck. It broke but it’s just furniture. It will be repaired.

We were very pleased, one exception, all TV cables should be packed with TV. We have been going thru boxes for two days to find ours. No luck yet.

Movers were great. They called and ask for help to move big items but didn't receive any additional help. The movers damaged the walls and floor at my new house and broke a spindle at my old house. The damage claim form process was a little unorganized after the damages occurred. Hopefully all repairs are completed soon.

Two men and a truck moved us 2 years ago. We were very pleased. It only took 2 hrs. This time it took 5 1/2 hrs about the same furniture. We also had some things damaged.

Let me start by saying I "never" do surveys. This experience with two men and a truck is not what I'm used to, based on past experiences in another area. I have the most damage I've ever had with a local move. The move was on 4.18.19 and today is 4.26.19 and still no follow up regarding a claim, yet they were paid in full the day of. I won't share all of my experience here, needless to say, will not use them again.

My experience was horrific. When the movers arrived, I did a walk through with the team leader Patrick, making him aware of what’s to be moved. During the move, I observed a bedroom sets being taking apart that should not have been included with the move which put an additional 15mins on the move. I called outside stating they made a little mistake. That mistake resulted in the marble on the top of my dresser been broke, scratched all over and sliding off the top of the base. I later learned both of my nightstands were damaged, my foot board was cracked with scratched all over the bed, vase and candle broke, and my the bottom of the wood to my new leather sofa has gashes in it. Patrick response was although professionals, we are humans who make mistakes. I’m livid.

Initial contact was professional & thorough. Seemed to be a disconnect between intake and the manager who dispatched the team with a FULL truck and no tools.?? The crew wasn't prepared to move a full household. It was like they assumed someone in an apartment didn't have much stuff (and not much valuable stuff) even though I gave complete info upfront about my belongings. I had to stay on top of the crew to make sure everything got on the truck. Some items were scratched. Both beds should have been dismantled and put back together in the new location. One was not dismantled and was scratched during the maneuvering (and paint was scratched off the wall). The other bed was not put back together correctly, which I didn't realize until later. I could go on. But they did persevere through rain.

It wasn’t until today I noticed some scratches on our furniture. Daryl needs to ask for assistance right away and not try to do it all. Chris and Johnson were excellent and seemed to have more control in handling the items.

Everything was great, the movers were courteous and very nice. Things went smoothly until the end when they pulled out the range in my kitchen and didn’t put anything under it, therefore my wood floor was scratched up pretty bad. Also, they did not carry the treadmill upstairs, not sure of the reason. I believe they said it was too heavy even though it was made clear that with office personnel that the treadmill was very heavy. Therefore it’s still sitting in the garage. The range and the treadmill was the main reason we hired professionals who are licensed and bonded. That part we are not happy about.
