Moving was quick and steady. Guys came in, loaded the truck and drove to our new home and unloaded just as quickly.
They placed our furniture where we asked, even if it was the second time (we changed our mind a bit.).
Only had one misplaced piece... nothing was broken or damaged in the move.

2chairs left behind near 2nd fl. elev., large carton of items left behind near elevator. ,dress shirts balled and crammed down from top of wardrobe box A few small items broken. All boxes not unpacked yet; findings are doubtful

I was happy but found damage to my sleigh bed head board. Have not heard from my daughter yet if she has found anything. celine

The movers were pleasant. The job was too much for two people. During loading, a lot of banging on doorways. Unloading was not pleasant and furniture was banged against walls and corners causing paint damage. Other damage: two dining chairs, wall hanging, coat rack, corner of dresser broken and a brace used to attach mirror to dresser was completely torn off!!!

They broke some of my furniture. They Placed boxes randomly in middle of rooms, we couldn’t even get in the rooms.

Staff overall was great, a few of my pieces had rub marks on them and a draw isn't working but overall the company was very easy to work with.

Overall, I was satisfied with my move. The movers were on time, efficient and wrapped things up well. A few problems that could have been avoided, however. My sofa should have been wrapped to protect the fabric (it now has a few stains which I will be reporting). The legs on some of my furniture were damaged. And, a floor lamp was broken beyond repair. I've worked with older, more experienced movers in the past. Perhaps having someone who is a bit more seasoned to know this or that should be wrapped or moved in this way as part of the crew would be advisable.

We were very disappointed with the way that our things were packed. Clothing was bunched at the bottom of the hanging boxes, or just stuffed in spaces. Items which had sentimental value were put into boxes with several other items and not protected. Contents from drawers, including utensils and silverware, were just tossed in with other items without wrapping, protection or an effort to keep the items separate. Several frames were damaged. A plastic measuring cup was bubble wrapped, while a Toby Mug worth 100 times more was covered in one piece of paper and broken. Our moving team was very personable. But they need to be trained on the way to pack items that matter. We had high hopes for this move. They were completely up-ended when we opened boxes. I have pictures.

Worst experience my family has experienced-from lack of communication, damages to property, management not responding to emails or phone calls, having to contact corporate office, etc. I talk about this experience all the time at work, church, etc.

Something always gets damaged when I use this service. I think it's a product of the movers rushing. Also, my first move I had three movers. My second move I had two movers for the same amount of furniture which ended up costing me more. This is not good.
