We do want to clarify that our crews are trained to follow the direction of the on‑site representative, as the scope of a move often changes once we arrive. In this case, the bed frames were moved only after confirming twice with the representative present at the home. Even so, we offered to return and switch the frames for you, waiving the travel time and only charging the labor for the work requested.
Regarding the damaged footboard, our repair vendor has confirmed it can be fully repaired, and we are ready to move forward as soon as we are given permission to pick up the item for service. Our goal is always to make things right for our customers, and we remain committed to resolving this matter as soon as we are able.

Two Men & a Truck are always my go-to. This is my fourth move with them and they are amazing. They loaded everything in 2 hours and had us unloaded in 3 hours. Stress free and no overwhelm. The moving team had everything coordinated and were very professional.
