We informed you that we needed to change your move to 3 movers instead of 2 due to our schedule, but assured you that the price would not be affected because 3 movers would complete the move faster than 2. We also called you the day after your move to check in and make sure everything went well, but did not receive a response.
We explain extensively that the time starts when we leave our office and ends when we return. This is how all of our moves are handled, and it is also explained in the pre-move letter. Additionally, we do not charge for our trucks, gas, mileage, or equipment used.
We regret that you felt the third crew member was not contributing effectively. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we will address this issue with our team to ensure better coordination and productivity in the future.
