The two guys that came and packed up as well as move me were excellent. Took no breaks very pleasant to talk to and always asked how I wanted something done. Could not have had better movers.

The company is not efficient with time which is what is being paid for the most. The moving team were not that friendly and did not go out of their way to help while not being the most careful with my furniture.

We do want to clarify that while your estimate was for two hours, the move was completed in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, and you were billed only for the actual time used. That said, we understand that efficiency is only part of the experience—professionalism, care, and friendly service are just as important, and we regret that these areas fell short for you.

My experience was awesome. Michelle was really helpful and attentive, and my move team of Zach and Jaleel took great care of my stuff. They took their time, treated my belongings gently, and did a great job of communcating with me throughout the loading and unloading process. I would recommend them to anyone!

The first day three guys came out. Jacob, Thomas and Shane worked well together and did a great job of packing our things and getting them on the truck. We ended up needing them a second day and Jacob and Thomas were awesome once again. They were friendly and efficient. Rebecca was a huge help in the office and I would definitely recommend 2Men and a Truck and will use them again.

My only complaint is the estimate was $1000 less then the actual cost and that was with removing much furniture from the original quote.
