Everything was great, from the scheduling to the actual move and the communication in between. The movers themselves treated our stuff like it was their own and were very careful with everything! They did everything we asked of them and were social and pleasant the entire time. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again!

The movers were friendly and did a good job up until I got on my bed and it collapsed! They forgot to put the center piece slat causing my frame to break.

They also broke a leg on my couch and didn’t tell me.

Ryland and Eaton did a wonderful job with my recent move. They were professional and very competent with managing to take my few furniture pieces and clothes boxes down 20 steps from my old home. They never complained and seemed to work as a team. I have used this company before and would highly recommend them to anyone moving!

Contacted 3 hrs before scheduled time. Told that I would be charged for their down time if they couldn't come earlier. I can accept 1 or even 1.5hrs before the scheduled time, but 3 hours is unacceptable. Telling me I'd have to pay for the movers' downtime due to poor scheduling management is appalling. I paid $390 plus a $50 tip to move two items, 63 miles of driving. Service not worth the cost.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the early contact and the downtime charge. We understand that being contacted 3 hours before the scheduled time is not acceptable and that our scheduling management fell short in this instance.

We do give a very tentative time to all of our customers who have a start time after another scheduled move. Although we do our best to provide the most accurate estimates, there are many factors that can affect the duration of a move, and sometimes jobs finish earlier than expected. We regret that you felt the service was not worth the cost and appreciate your honesty.
