The office staff could try to be a bit more transparent about time estimates, though I know thatandacirc;??s difficult. The actual movers were great and Iandacirc;??d definitely recommend them.

I had never hired a moving company before and didn't really know what to expect. Two Men and A Truck exceeded my expectations. Making the reservation was easy and moving day was a breeze. The moving crew worked quickly and expertly, never hesitating to put our furniture exactly where I wanted it. If and when we move again I will definitely call Two Men and A Truck! Thank you Lori for answering questions and setting everything up. Your estimate was spot on! Thank you to our moving crew Scott, Billy, Tyler, and Jesus. You guys worked your butts off and were as polite as could be.

If I could rate my moving team beyond excellent.... I would.

Our move went flawlessly without a hitch. We followed the pre-move instructions as directed. The move team(Troy the supervisor, Cameron, Phil andamp; Brian) showed up on time and prepared for the task. They conducted a walkthrough to assess the move, developed their strategy and off they went. The young men were careful with the furniture as well as the surroundings making sure nothing was damaged during the move. When they arrived at the new location they followed the instructions given on where to place all items and managed to complete the job ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to anyone considering a move.

The move itself was very good. There was an unfortunate experience with one of the movers. The other mover was excellent and handled the situation as well as it could have been handled. I won't elaborate here because I'm not sure who will see this. The office staff responded quickly and professionally and rectified the situation. A company tries to build a quality reputation and to have one employee do something boneheaded that mars the reputation of the whole company is a real shame. I would use Two men and a Truck again but I will be a little more attentive to the personnel assigned to my move.

Frank andamp; Cody, weandacirc;??re excelant and did an awesome job. They were flexible and took the time to understand so they would get as we desired.

Setting up the appointment was easy and costs and any restrictions were explained to me in the perfect amount of detail. When the two men arrived, they were friendly and successfully moved the items with no issues at all.
