Although I did not mention that there was a bunk bed it would have been helpful if the operator had asked when I scheduled the moving day. I was unaware that there were liability issues with dismantling a bunk bed and could have had it done before the men arrived. The movers were very focused and worked hard. They asked questions and made it easier for me to understand the process.

A great experience start to finish. We had more stuff to move than expected, but the team never hesitated. Also, we had a physically challenging 3rd floor destination with no elevator... but they powered everything up with great skill and a positive and professional attitude. We are highly satisfied, will definitely recommend you, and will use you again.

This is the 2nd time in a 4 month period that we used 2 Men & a Truck. Their office staff explained the entire process & answered any questions that I asked. They called the day prior to the move & during the move to insure the experience was a positive one. Our moving crew arrived on time, & the entire team was very pleasant. They moved all of our items without any damage to items or our new home. 2nd time in 4 months we used 2 Men & a Truck & would highly recommend to anyone.
