All was great except a foot piece for a shelf has gone missing

Attention to detail, extremely careful yet so efficient. No wasting time and dragging their feet to pad the bill. Extremely nice young men who are more than able to get the job done in the least amount of time! I was very impressed with the personalities of these men. Great people skills. It’s hard enough on moving day to deal with stress without having to deal with attitudes. Very upbeat. Willing to go beyond the call of duty!!!! I did not feel the need to oversee or supervise ANYTHING! I am a retired Probation/Parole Officer and I would trust them -even in my absence! And that is saying a lot. 2nd move was even better than the first time I used them 18 months ago! HATE moving but if it needs to be done-It’s ONLY going to be 2 Men & A Truck! They sent a 3rd man & was done in record time!

When I spoke with Lori on the phone she was so polite and nice and very helpful. The two gentlemen that moved my belongings were also polite and professional. They took care of my belongings and completed the move in a timely manner. The call afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received was appreciated too.

Such great service! The movers were extremely polite, took good care of my items while moving and kept an extremely positive attitude throughout. I had used a previous moving company on an earlier move - and this was a complete 180 from them. I will be using Two Men and a Truck for all of my future moves!

i used Two Men and a Truck last time I move and way happy with the results. I like the way the company was started and that it is local. Also was amused that your company was in the t.v. news moving Greitens out of the state capital residence.

The follow up after the initial conversation was inadequate . you sent an email which I did not open and read , and did not follow that up with a phone call to make sure all was OK, which it was not. After some consternation all was worked out.

Overall a good experience. The movers Justin and Joe were fast, efficient, and friendly. The only issue was the timing. The movers came with a small van which was too small and had to return with a larger truck. The office was given a full list of items to move and did not fully inform the movers about the volume to be moved. This delay took more than two hours since they had to fully supply the truck with the proper equipment before returning.

Guys worked really hard in adverse conditions-sideways rain for part of the loading. They were very careful in how they wrapped everything and did a excellent job. Nothing damaged!

My only complaint was they kept their boots on [I'm sure for safety of toes and feet] but did not put down any drop clothes over my brand new white carpeting. Fortunately that all worked out w/o any stains to carpet but it did surprise me especially since it was raining!
