THE 3 GENTLEMAN WERE SUPER. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, SPEEDY AND OUTSTANDING.
THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND DIDN'T GOOF OFF. EACH GENTLEMAN TOOK A JOB AND WERE
VERY PROFICENT IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO

This is the third time in the past few months my family has used this company, and once again the service was absolutely excellent and all five movers that were on this team work together and we're extremely polite, they worked hard and had outstanding attitudes. Unfortunately, after the move I had to go to the hospital for a few days (totally unrelated to the move) I forgot their names, Which are on that card on my kitchen table but I want to make sure all five guys get recognized, if you do not know their names please call me. I only hired three Guys but due to somebody else's late cancellation I received Five Guys which made the move go excellent..... I will definitely use this service again, thank you!

The guys who were sent to my house were amazing. I was very fond of them and would use the service again just to have them around. They were all hard workers and very polite. I wish there was something I could say to guarantee they would all get a raise.

The problems have only started. Move was prob 30% more than estimate. Movers took repeated lengthy smoke breaks INSIDE the truck. Many items broken beyond repair or damaged. Boxes they packed were only half full, remainder was AIR not packing material and those boxes were transported upside down or sideways (not surprising that they broke). Movers repeatedly lied to me, took no responsibility. Office staff claims that someone who makes cabinets (?kitchen) can restore my antiques. NO response re them spending maybe 25-30% of the time smoking AND creating a fire hazard in the truck. I’m allergic to smoke and have been ill ever since delivery of my items. Worst experience with a company I have EVER had.

The movers were very polite and nice. They were professional, quick, and efficient. The only thing I noticed was that my mattress was dirty from the truck and stone furniture was scraped against the wall. It would have been nice to have the mattress covered.

I have used 2 men and a truck twice First time was awesome every thing was perfect. Didn’t think it could get better. To my surprise you outdid yourself this time. I’ve never seen two men more energized and fast. I would recommend 2 men and a truck to everyone. Whatever you’re doing it’s working. Thank you again for making moving almost enjoyable.

The men arrived on time, introduced themselves. Went over their work procedure. Asked questions to make sure what was to be taken. Very polite and worked well together assisting each other. Large pieces were wrapped completely. Worked fast, very professional. Would recommend your co. Thank you for making a stressful situation tolerable.

It was expensive but I was in a last minute situation and couldn’t do the work myself because of a recent surgery. The guys did a good job overall.

Paid by the HOUR for: multiple 30-4O minute smoking breaks (often INSIDE the back of the truck with my stuff, huge liability prob), boxes not fully packed and transported upside down (broke items), expensive furniture broken, broken couch reassembled perched on leg that couldn’t be reattached & didn’t tell me (I could have been seriously hurt - he took few pics so office thinks it’s reparable),antique cast iron table had legs broken off (told me it’s CRYSTAL so not covered- must thinks I’m stupid), estimate was incredibly off, I could go on. How the office responds and whether or not they admit
that many items are not reparable and reimburse me fairly will determine my final opinion. I am disabled, did they think I couldn’t address being treated so poorly?

From beginning to end, it was a great experience! Johanna was courteous, prompt, thorough, patient(we haven't moved in 32 years), responsive. The team that moved us was excellent. They covered everything that needed to be moved, were very careful with our belongings, didn't miss a beat, kept moving. When we got to our new home, they were thorough, fast yet careful, and extremely courteous. Very impressed! The price was amazing and well worth every penny. We couldn't have done it without Two Men and a Truck. We have been bragging about the company and the four men since we moved in. Thank you for your service, ethics, and dedication to customers!
