The moving crew did a fantastic job. The only downside to the move was the routing ticket sent to the driver from the office had the crew starting in the wrong location, so the start time was delayed. I would request the moving crew to do any work I have again. This is our second move using your company. The first time was about nine years ago, and you did a great job then. Your company has become even better than you were before as you have grown. Congratulations on a job well done. I will continue to recommend you services to anyone who asks who we have used.

Charles and Joe were exceptional in helping me move. I greatly appreciate the help as there was no way for me to do it myself. They worked fast and efficiently to give me the best bang for my buck. They were very friendly and took great care of my belongings. Would definitely use this company again!

The office staff was awesome and the movers were very nice. We did discover damage to 2 pieces of furniture, which is obviously upsetting.

From start to finish, nothing went wrong. The office staff was great and very accurate on everything. The movers showed up on time and were excellent.

Please make sure your customer service reps explain that the card you use to reserve your move is NOT kept in file. I assume it was and did not have my credit card with me. Luckily, I had a debit card on me. That was not made clear during my reservation.

The team that came over was amazing! They were courteous, and professional. And when we needed another truck the second team came over and again were amazing

Josh, the driver and lead person, was excellent...Very Professional and hard worker...The 2 African-American helpers Josh had on Thursday were hard workers and very nice...We had 1 problem with the delivery and that was a dent in the top of the T.V. with a black mark in the dent...I will call on Monday about the T.V....Thanks for a GOOD job...

The guys were great. They worked hard all day and never once complained about all the stuff I have. They were positive and polite through the whole moving process!
