Customer Service rep. Racheal was wonderful, answered all my questions, called me or emailed me anytime I reached out to her and scheduled our move. Our movers, Kenny and Alyk were great, they get the job done even through bad weather. Thank you so much. We would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck for anyone’s move.
Response

Wonderful all the way from first call, up to pick up and delivery! Fast, easy and very friendly service!!! Great experience moving a couple things from one house to another house that was way too heavy and big for me to move. After using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK I would actually think about moving again!!! Thank you! Karla Ray

Thank you so much! Our moving team members were great to work with and made the process look super easy. Even in an old farmhouse with small doors and staircase, they were able to move everything quickly and efficiently. A+

I was very disappointed with the move experience. The movers were each friendly and nice. They were not well organized, could have worked better as a team and damaged some of the furniture. On top of that, the truck didn’t start when we went to to the new home.....yet the company charged us for that time and delay AND WE had to jump start the truck because the movers didn’t know how.
Response
Hi Louis,
We are sorry to hear about your experience. We are passing this along to our management team to reconcile things for you.
