This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used you, but you quoted me a high price ($1200!) for moving much less than you have in the past (and yes, I understand prices everywhere are skyrocketing) but you charged me more than $300 more than the high range of the quote. I know it was hot, and took longer b/c of that, & you brought in a 3rd mover, but a quote is a quote, and you went WAY over.

The recent 3 man team really got after it. They outperformed the 2 man team from a couple months back. I felt like I got my money's worth simply because they were super efficient.

The team always arrives early in the window period, gets to work quickly and efficiently and works with smiles and appears to have fun while getting the job done. My moving team was great and went above and beyond! However, we realized that a package of crib screws didn’t make it to our new house. This meant that we couldn’t set up our crib for our 1 year old. This was extremely unfortunate as it put a damper on an otherwise excellent and exciting day.
