The moving team persevered through some hard pieces, but they did damage a few items and bang up the wall in several places on other pieces. Wish they would have at least pointed it out to me and apologized instead of finding broken claw feet on an antique family secretary for example and several dings on the walls.
Response
Thank you Leanne,
We appreciate your business and feedback.

Used your service 3-times. First in 2017-great! December 2021- movers from KC to Springfield were unprofessional and complained all day. Glad I gave your company another chance because the most recent team was great! Very professional, fast, but took extra care of my items. Would use the company again.
Response
Thanks Nathan, glad the Springfield, MO team was able to achieve your satisfaction. We do apologize for the franchise in KC. That is a separate franchise from us. Nonetheless, thank you for giving Springfield the chance to care for your moving needs. Blessings,
