Had a little problem with making the reservation. I called to check on the reservation a couple of days before the scheduled move and was told that the reservation wasn't confirmed so the appointment hadn't been reserved. I had assumed it was all in order based on my first call, but for some reason it had not been set in stone by the person I talked to. They were still able to make it happen, but imagine my dismay when 2 days before my scheduled move, I learned that it wasn't scheduled, even though I had called to make the reservation 3 weeks ahead of time. The scheduler tried to make it my problem because I didn't call back to confirm the appointment. Didn't think I needed to.

I booked in August for an October moving date. Less than 2 weeks before the move they gave me different moving dates w/o explanation. Having booked well in advance, and working with 2 closing dates on buying and selling a home, I was surprised and it caused a great deal of stress. It was only after I got upset that my rep called her boss to find out why the date change. I was told there were no trucks or drivers available due to an accident. There was no time to book another mover. Also there is no accounting of boxes moved. I am still having trouble finding things. Dont know if boxes got lost or if its normal moving confusion. Should give a receipt for X boxes picked up and X boxes delivered. Delivery team were helpful and efficient. No issue with them at all.

Peggy
Cory and Reno were the best ever. They disassembled and reassembled an antique bed. They disassembled, moved, then moved back a dresser that wouldn't fit in its new home. This was a move from my Mother's home into independent living, and they helped keep it a positive experience. Great team.

The guys were terrific! My furniture was delivered wrapped in plastic and well cared for. They carried a solid wood dresser up steep stairs and never once bumped into anything. They were cheerful and friendly but most importantly, were very professional! I will be using them again, and recommending them to others.
