I was very dissatisfied with your services. First of all, the movers did not measure at all before deciding which door to bring my refrigerator out of. Secondly, after determining it would not fit without taking off the handles, they did not have a single tool with which to do this. I had no tools as I had already moved them to my new home. Had to wait over an hour for their supv to bring a tool. Then they had to take my front door off at my new home and did not even bother to replace it. Also, nicked my woodwork and offered to make a report to have it fixed but by then I was so disgusted with them, I just wanted them out of my house. This was supposed to be a very simple refrigerator swap and turned out to be a nightmare.

Our overall experience was good, however the total cost ended up being double the price quoted. The office staff did not let me know that for the quote,I needed to have everything boxed and ready. I am thankful I did have some done. The travel time was also wrong on their calculations so that added to the total. They were very polite, but not totally accurate or clear. The two young men who made the move for us were very capable, helpful and polite. Overall, we would use them again, but would ask a few more in depth questions for clarity, and ease on the wallet.

I thought they had done a great job until I went to use my washer and dryer. I put new clothes in on cold Only to find that the hot and cold had been reversed! Then when trying to fix that I found that the dryer had no vent. I ruined brand new clothes. I wouldn't have been upset about the dryer except they told me it was hooked up ready to go. Will use someone else next time.

This was my first time using a moving company. Our office was downsizing to a smaller space. The two men were courteous and professional. They were very hard workers and wasted no time. My items were treated with care. I have actually contracted to use them a week later for another move.

These two young men arrived on time and worked steadily and careful. Furniture to move down stairs is heavy, making the load down 18 hardwood steps that curve half way down some what difficult. They were courteous with no complaint about what was expected of them. Very nice young men!
