The moving team (2 men) thought the job was to be less than it turned out to be. One of the guys was somewhat grumpy, had not had lunch and did not bring any water!! I felt this team was very light on experience/training. The other guy did have a good attitude and tried to take up the slack from the first

Your movers were excellent. They packed my things so carefully...nothing was broken. Then they unpacked for me, also. I was well pleased with all their services. Even, the bill was a little less than quoted to me. I will highly recommend you to my friends...if any need the services of a moving company.

The men who moved were extremely professional and courteous. Worked hard and did a great job of moving. I would recommend having them wear gloves for not only safety but also clean gloves when moving furniture were sweat and dirt gets on it. Overall even though I think the price was high the staff was professional and knew you were getting quality.

The young men were very personable. But, they did quite a bit of standing around. My biggest complaint was that they were to take a 15-minute break on downtime. They then got lost. I had to wait for them approximately 30 minutes or more. I was only given 15 minutes downtime. This will probably be the last time I use the company. It has been well over a week after reporting this to the main office. I have yet to hear back from them. Although I have called twice now.

The whole experience was great, and the men that moved were great too. Fast, polite, helpful, and hard workers. Especially the one that wrote up my invoice, not sure of his name but was very helpful and kind. Make sure you really appreciate him.
