The weather outside was frightful,
but the movers were delightful.
I really appreciated how quickly they were able to move stuff from my office to my home.
The movers were polite, fast, and kind.
The office staff were very easy to deal with.

Chritian and his partner were amazing. They both went above and beyond my expectations. They both made me feel like my move was a top priority for them. I hope not to have to move anytime soon but when I do i will differently be using 2 men and a Truck!

This is the 3rd move I have made with the Springfield mo branch of your company. Always reliable, on time, and the movers know their business. They load quickly and carefully, ask questions when needed. Thanks again. I hope this is my last move for a while, but if I should have need in the future I know just what company to call. Carol

The only issues I had was I wastold I would be called when the movers were on the way. However, they only called when they could not find me. Second, I assumed the movers would start unloading when they got to where we were moving to. Instead they were waiting on me and I was delayed getting to the site. If I had known they were waiting, I would have gotten their sooner.
Response
Howard, please accept our apologies about not calling. We will let our team know to improve on this matter. You are always appreciated and we wish you a merry
Christmas.
Christmas.
