We got our items delivered and in the end that's the most important part. But the couch got some scrap marks on the leather when it was forced through the door which wont come out so its in worse shape now then before the guys arrived and the fridge got a ding or two on the stainless steel door. I understand from the size and weight but there has to be another way to make sure it doesn't happen. The guys were super nice, easy to work with, they worked hard and got it completed in as timely manner with so we were happy about that. Price was a little high for what they had to move. I would recommend you to others but I would tell them be cautious about larger, heavier, expensive items.

The crew contacted to let me know they were running late with ample notice. They took care loading out items and making sure furniture was protected. The only fault was at the end of the move. They began rushing to get the truck unloaded and dropped some boxes. We also noticed after they left that the hardwood floor got scratched when they slid a table on it.

I had a difficult move , significantly downsizing . I had more than I estimated. The team accommodated the need. The couple things I will say as feedback is
1.Being time conscious is important and I respect that
The move cost way more than I anticipated. However in some of that rushing I lost track of where my belongings were, some things were mildly damaged. In hindsight I think given the magnitude it was organized in the best way possible given crew and space constraints.
2.Listen and really hear the customer
3.Answer calls promptly and guarantee verbally that what went wrong will be fixed . That’s what I needed to hear. It was not helpful to hear repeatedly
We can’t guarantee time because ma’am you have more than we planned for.

They ripped a huge hole in my screen door and didn't tell us. They tore the side of my couch and cracked pieces off and warped an antique dresser. When they were all done they rushed us to initial and sign the paperwork before we found the damage!

I was happy with the people who were moving our furniture. I was unhappy that they broke a floorboard off of our stairs, scratched the floor, scratched/dented furniture, and ripped holes in our very expensive, custom upholstered sectional. They were in a rush to leave, so we didn't get a chance to see all of this damage right away. I'm really sad and disappointed that we picked this moving company based on their claims to wrap all furniture and be super careful, and this was the result. I don't have experience with hiring movers, so maybe this is always the case. However, I'm really unhappy and I don't know how I will be able to pay to fix all of the damages. They're not small problems that were caused.

The movers arrived on time and moved a heavy item. A small mark was made on the wall going to the basement but it came off with 409. Very friendly and efficient.

Most of the issues that we experienced were due to the weather I am sure. But having said that it should have been suggested by you that we cancel the move because it would take twice as long as estimated. I mean I ask the person that called me the day before if the up coming snow storm was going to be a problem and the reply I got was our movers are professionals and the weather should not affect them much. I think taking twice as long to complete the move states differently. Then we had two pieces of furniture that got damaged. I chalk one issue up to inexperience and the other again due to the weather. I thought the movers were very friendly and easy to work with. They explained the damage report filed and that someone would be calling me first thing Monday, no call yet.

I literally paid for the movers to do nothing for the first 45 minutes because I was given 15 minutes notice to get to the storage unit. I tried to call and get an estimate of when the movers would arrive so I could meet them, I got no answer! It took the movers over 3 hours to do what previous movers did in 2 hours! There are marks all over my house from movers scrapping the walls as they moved my furniture! The walls were just painted! I have pictures! I feel like I was taken advantage of financially and emotionally. Moving is very stressful. I needed an affordable price, was dependent upon quality service and the security knowing that my things would be moved in a timely manner. I'd rather pay family and friends to help me move! It would be a lot cheaper and better service!

I have used 2 men and a truck several times.
They did leave a chair outside my mom's apartment building that missed the move.

Was very unsatisfied with my recent move. Not only were items damaged/went missing, but moving out of a 1BD/1BR condominium took nearly 6 hours to complete, even though I had everything boxed up and ready to go when the movers arrived. Even though 3 men were sent to move items, it seemed as if at all times, only 2 were working at any given time. Dollies were often not being used, and instead, one light item carried at a time. The movers did not have a sense of urgency despite being paid by the hour. Extremely unprofessional - will not be using your services again.
