Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was absolutely horrible. First, the movers were supposed to arrive between 1 PM and 4 PM and no one showed up till well after 5. The first crew we were supposed to have never showed up and finally another team was dispatched to us. We have scratches on our hardwood from the movers, a big ding in our wall from a door being opened too far with great force, and a marble slab from our nightstand fell out and broke. This nightstand is in a pair and from a boutique in Minneapolis and one of kind. We will not be able to find a replacement so both will need to be replaced. We also had boxes clearly marked “this way up” and “fragile” and they were carried the wrong way and two decorative vases were broken and we had to rebuy from Williams Sonoma ($94)

There was a little bit of damage done to a piece of furniture that has since been monetarily settled. I just discovered another damaged area on my bedroom dresser where a door on the dresser that used to be serviceable is now too tight to open and close. Don't know how that happened and this is the first I have reported it. Other than those things, everything was fine.

The movers were great, except they put holes in the walls that we had to pay the buyers to have fixed. Some drawers were left for us to transport. They were very friendly and respected us and the house ( and they admit to putting the holes in the wall). Will have to wait to see if they reimburse us for the wall. Would use them again.

The office staff was excellent. The actual movers were pleasant and appeared to be hard working. However, it appeared to me they sometimes lacked common sense in moving items. Example, damage to some of our items could have been avoided if the worker's would have measured the openings the items were moved through. Also, covering furniture completely with blankets and wrap could have avoided additional damage. Same with moving objects across wood floors. Use something on the bottom. I am looking forward to the local office calling me regarding my damage claims. These all happened before all the items were loaded. I think with proper training. This group could do great business.

The 2 men damaged by bed frame. They took apart my bed frame to move it and didnt put it back together when they completed the move. Not to mention, they broke it and I couldn't put it back together and they lost 3 screws. They left two rolls of shrink wrap, a tool set, and 2 big blankets at the 1st location. The blankets were supposed to be used to cover furniture and they never used it. And they want me to bring all the items they left behind back to their office. That's not my responsibility. They already damaged by upholstered bed frame, Indont need to waste gas on returning items unless I'll get refunded from poor service and gas to come to your office. They were quick to grab everything and slow to move it back in. Horrible service! Will never use or recommend this company again.

I thought the moving team was pleasant and helpful. They said all the right things and appeared to take good care of our belongings. However, when we arrived at the new location my husband looked in the back of the truck and saw that nothing had been secured. He was very upset and could not understand how such a basic step as securing the load had been missed. The mattress was collapsed over boxes, boxes were toppled. Thankfully no real damage was done but it was very disappointing. Thankfully it was an easy move 5 minutes away. When they were bringing in the mattress and box spring we asked them to wait so we could remove a light fixture in the entryway to the apartment. They did not wait and the light fixture was broken. Recommend with reservation only because we had no serious damage.

Team was very unorganized, did not work together, waste a lot of time doing nothing like they were trying to take as long as possible, had no tools, could not get my bed frame back together, damaged my furniture.

Overall it was a very good experience and the movers were friendly and accommodating to all request. The lead mover Kevin directed his crew very efficiently with the loading and unloading. There was some minor damage that has been reported to your office for resolution. Thanks for and overall great job.

The movers were good but I will have to repaint the front door, it is scratched in several places

Overall not super pleased with the two services we used. First experience they damaged my leather couch putting scraps on it while trying to force it through the door and put a dent in my refrigerator somewhere during delivery. Second experience my piano tipped over during delivery and damaged the top wood. It will probably have to get tuned as well after repairs are made since it fell on its back. I doubt i will give as a reference to friends and family and coworkers. We spent over $3k in fees on these two services Thanks.
