From start to finish, Two Men and a Truck was a pleasure to work with. Ciera and Chad from the office made sure that there would be no hidden or surprise cost after the initial estimate and in home consult were done. The moving crew was timely and efficient with the load and unload of all our items. The crew endured very challenging driving conditions from Plymouth, MN up to Duluth, MN. There was driving rain and extreme wind the day of the move, but the movers took their time and made it safely. Only one headboard was scratched and will be taken care of by via the damaged report as we purchased the $75.00 valuation. The crew lead/supervisor was very clear in his explanations of the move process, courteous and efficient. Thank you Two Men and a Truck for a pleasant moving experience!

The crew was courteous and moved in a timely manner. There was damage done to some of my property that was quickly pointed out to me. I followed up on this when I heard nothing back regarding this. I have submitted photos and still no response from them. Almost 2 weeks since the move, this is inexcusable.

Kind, friendly, listened to my concerns. Didn't follow directions when unloading boxes, crushed boxes labeled "China" under a pile of other boxes. Damaged walls and some items. Took much longer than expected. Willing to move furniture when things didn't fit as expected. Put down floor protectors but then didn't stay on them, dirtying my front rug. Left shelf pegs lying on the floor, found the day after when cleaning. Wasn't informed about additional charge for carpet protection. Good communication from lead guy. It remains to be seen how well they do with claims.

Move was complicated, involving more than one destination, and not all items were delivered correctly. Two items were damaged as a result of carelessness, one repairable the other not. I have yet to receive any information about compensation for the lost item.

This experience was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. For starters, no one at the office ever answers the phone! Only about 1 in 10 calls are answered (all during normal business hours). The movers repeatedly used foul language, and did not have the same understanding as I did about what was going to be moved. I had to negotiate for each piece of furniture, even though I ended up under the total time estimated, I would have rather had my things moved. They weren't aware of a second stop, even though it was listed in the paperwork they had, and they didn't wrap any of our furniture there resulting in a large rip in the back of my couch! I have submitted a damage claim and have yet to hear back. Not all of my things were moved, total disaster!!

Overall I am very pleased and would recommend you highly. They took great care in wrapping some nice paintings that were important to me. A lamp was broken but I hame confident it will be resolved satisfactorily.

My only issue was I was not aware that plants would not be moved. As I showed your representative those things that were to be moved, I pointed out a few large potted plants. I am sure he didn't mention that they could not be moved.

Moving day went well. Unfortunately the day after we returned to our apartment to finish cleaning and found that the movers had damaged a piece of decorative furniture. Rather than tell anyone, he left it sitting in the elevator lobby of our building. When we found the damaged abandoned item the next day, customer service was useless in helping us address the issue.

The men were very friendly and courteous, but they damaged some of my things, which made me upset since we paid over $800 to have them move my things.

They accidentally scratched our wood floor&accidentally bumped our thermostat and changed the temperature but we were moving out anyway I was concerned that my messages were not returned and could not get an agent on the phone when needed too
