I was very happy with the team that did my move! They were all nice and understanding. Minimal issues just a little damage that is being taken care of. Would use again!

The office staff and moving team were all very pleasant. The move itself was not so good. Two pieces of furniture were broken. My new floors were scratched in 2 separate places and many pieces of furniture and boxes were placed in the wrong location though they were clearly marked. I now have to get someone else to move it all to the correct place. Also was told they would move my treadmill but was told they couldn't do it on move day. So I had to get someone else to do it. Hopefully movers insurance will appropriately handle the claim of damaged property. Also needed an additional trip which they were unsure they could do till the end. Overall it was not a good experience, especially when we had a deadline to have everything out of our house before closing.

From start to finish, Two Men and a Truck was a pleasure to work with. Ciera and Chad from the office made sure that there would be no hidden or surprise cost after the initial estimate and in home consult were done. The moving crew was timely and efficient with the load and unload of all our items. The crew endured very challenging driving conditions from Plymouth, MN up to Duluth, MN. There was driving rain and extreme wind the day of the move, but the movers took their time and made it safely. Only one headboard was scratched and will be taken care of by via the damaged report as we purchased the $75.00 valuation. The crew lead/supervisor was very clear in his explanations of the move process, courteous and efficient. Thank you Two Men and a Truck for a pleasant moving experience!

The crew was courteous and moved in a timely manner. There was damage done to some of my property that was quickly pointed out to me. I followed up on this when I heard nothing back regarding this. I have submitted photos and still no response from them. Almost 2 weeks since the move, this is inexcusable.

Kind, friendly, listened to my concerns. Didn't follow directions when unloading boxes, crushed boxes labeled "China" under a pile of other boxes. Damaged walls and some items. Took much longer than expected. Willing to move furniture when things didn't fit as expected. Put down floor protectors but then didn't stay on them, dirtying my front rug. Left shelf pegs lying on the floor, found the day after when cleaning. Wasn't informed about additional charge for carpet protection. Good communication from lead guy. It remains to be seen how well they do with claims.
