Overall, our move could have been worse. However, my biggest complaints are a) they mishandled pieces - I have a broken wheel on a cart, a cracked wooden shelf, and a severely dented box (but nothing actually broke because I used so much bubblewrap) b) they worked too fast in the morning so after their hour+ lunch they were tired and started leaving boxes in the wrong rooms. If I asked them to move a box they did, but I sometimes had to hunt someone down to get them to move it. c) they decided to not take things apart to save time but then almost damaged our house trying to carry things back in in one piece d) they almost refused to put my daughter's bed back together because it was "easy" (which it was, but I paid for this service!!), e) they often carried fragile things precariously.

Over $14,000 of furniture damaged by the movers. Furniture kept coming off of the truck unwrapped by these clowns. Movers also put a 3'x 2' hole in the wall at my last home, which I closed on and still has a hole in the wall. The guys who came out to look at the damage to smooth things over were nice, but it's not over yet. I am hoping the rest of the process is fast and smooth. Moving is stressful enough. None of this should have ever happened.

The movers broke furniture, damaged furniture, threw my linens on the wet grass, and left behind pieces of my furniture near a dumpster at my new residence. They left shredded plastic in the hallway and scratched the wood floor at my old residence. I had to ask them to reassemble my table and screw the legs on my sofa. I'm still looking through every item to see what all damage has been done. Really disappointing move. And costly for how poor the service was.

Office staff assured me things would be wrapped, banisters covered, walls protected and that the moving staff were professionals and knew what they were doing. They sent 3 men/boys to do the job, but 1 was experienced, 1 was semi experienced and 1 had no idea what he was doing or how to do it. My walls are damanged, furniture scratched, screws missing, furniture was not put back together the correct way, I even have foot prints on the bottom of my dining table. They were so slow, the inexperience guy stood around a lot acting like he hated life, or was on his phone. We ended up moving a lot of the stuff ourselves just to get done...and they still took 2 hours longer than the top estimate.

From the moment the first two movers arrived there were problems. Man in charge had brought no tools and announced he could not take bed or desk apart to move. Seemed to believe he did not have time to do the move and it would be up to me to figure that out. He used word for word excuse listed in a posted review about adding in two more movers for additional cost as he had another move scheduled at 2:00 and I was out of luck. Paid for the time all if this was being discussed on the phone and the second man just stood doing nothing. End result was broken curio cabinet that has been addressed, also charged for the time dealing with that. Two smashed interior drawers of roll top desks that were discovered when unpacked. Pictures sent to claims and no response. This needs addressing.

I don't think I will ever use you guys again. This move went way over the estimated time, and I think the movers, while lovely guys, were very slow at times. It also doesn't help that I was undercharged at first and that I have submitted a damage report and haven't heard anything.

I was in a terrible panic since the day before I tried to contact Two Men and Truck to just give them a better idea of what I had that they might have to move. I left my phone no and never received a return call til the next day when I called twice when I called the 2nd time that day of the move and I was worried about the movers not getting to my house early enough as they couldn't get there til just after 11:30am then I got a call from.

Also there was a white kitchen step ladder that I am aware of that did not make it to the new address.

A few furniture pieces were damaged, money was stolen from a purse and I can never get ahold of anyone at the company. I will NOT be recommending your company!

My only concern was that I have two doors coming into the house - one wider than the other. The movers brought a large leather loveseat in through the smaller door after I suggested the larger door. They scraped the paint on the door. Other than that, they were very polite and efficient. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck and would also hire this moving crew again.

The boxes were not correctly marked with contents.
Some items were over wrapped and others not at all.

There was damage to the property moving from and moving to. The settlement was satisfactory.
There was damage to a TV set that was settled satisfactorly.
