Move was complicated, involving more than one destination, and not all items were delivered correctly. Two items were damaged as a result of carelessness, one repairable the other not. I have yet to receive any information about compensation for the lost item.

This experience was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. For starters, no one at the office ever answers the phone! Only about 1 in 10 calls are answered (all during normal business hours). The movers repeatedly used foul language, and did not have the same understanding as I did about what was going to be moved. I had to negotiate for each piece of furniture, even though I ended up under the total time estimated, I would have rather had my things moved. They weren't aware of a second stop, even though it was listed in the paperwork they had, and they didn't wrap any of our furniture there resulting in a large rip in the back of my couch! I have submitted a damage claim and have yet to hear back. Not all of my things were moved, total disaster!!

Overall I am very pleased and would recommend you highly. They took great care in wrapping some nice paintings that were important to me. A lamp was broken but I hame confident it will be resolved satisfactorily.

My only issue was I was not aware that plants would not be moved. As I showed your representative those things that were to be moved, I pointed out a few large potted plants. I am sure he didn't mention that they could not be moved.

Moving day went well. Unfortunately the day after we returned to our apartment to finish cleaning and found that the movers had damaged a piece of decorative furniture. Rather than tell anyone, he left it sitting in the elevator lobby of our building. When we found the damaged abandoned item the next day, customer service was useless in helping us address the issue.

The men were very friendly and courteous, but they damaged some of my things, which made me upset since we paid over $800 to have them move my things.

They accidentally scratched our wood floor&accidentally bumped our thermostat and changed the temperature but we were moving out anyway I was concerned that my messages were not returned and could not get an agent on the phone when needed too

Overall, our move could have been worse. However, my biggest complaints are a) they mishandled pieces - I have a broken wheel on a cart, a cracked wooden shelf, and a severely dented box (but nothing actually broke because I used so much bubblewrap) b) they worked too fast in the morning so after their hour+ lunch they were tired and started leaving boxes in the wrong rooms. If I asked them to move a box they did, but I sometimes had to hunt someone down to get them to move it. c) they decided to not take things apart to save time but then almost damaged our house trying to carry things back in in one piece d) they almost refused to put my daughter's bed back together because it was "easy" (which it was, but I paid for this service!!), e) they often carried fragile things precariously.

Over $14,000 of furniture damaged by the movers. Furniture kept coming off of the truck unwrapped by these clowns. Movers also put a 3'x 2' hole in the wall at my last home, which I closed on and still has a hole in the wall. The guys who came out to look at the damage to smooth things over were nice, but it's not over yet. I am hoping the rest of the process is fast and smooth. Moving is stressful enough. None of this should have ever happened.

The movers broke furniture, damaged furniture, threw my linens on the wet grass, and left behind pieces of my furniture near a dumpster at my new residence. They left shredded plastic in the hallway and scratched the wood floor at my old residence. I had to ask them to reassemble my table and screw the legs on my sofa. I'm still looking through every item to see what all damage has been done. Really disappointing move. And costly for how poor the service was.

Office staff assured me things would be wrapped, banisters covered, walls protected and that the moving staff were professionals and knew what they were doing. They sent 3 men/boys to do the job, but 1 was experienced, 1 was semi experienced and 1 had no idea what he was doing or how to do it. My walls are damanged, furniture scratched, screws missing, furniture was not put back together the correct way, I even have foot prints on the bottom of my dining table. They were so slow, the inexperience guy stood around a lot acting like he hated life, or was on his phone. We ended up moving a lot of the stuff ourselves just to get done...and they still took 2 hours longer than the top estimate.
