We were VERY happy with our move. The men were all VERY polite, easy to work with, courteous, showed respect for our items and always asked questions about our preference before they proceeded forward. They had great attitudes and were very hard working (despite how cold it was!)
They were able to problem solve how to get a few pieces of furniture out of some tight areas. They didn't complain about it - they only kept talking through different ways to get it done.
Moving is a very stressful time and it is not easy. But your team made our move go a lot more smooth! With their good attitudes, it made a day that could be very stressful into one that was very productive and positive

The guys were great, as was Ciera in the office. There were some unavoidable dings in the furniture and walls, but I think they did their best to keep that from happening. It was unfortunate that there was a huge stow storm - our floors were covered in mud, water and salt. If there were anything that could have been approved it would have been the floor covering that they put down on the wood floors - it was already soaked and dirty, so didn't help much. I would have paid for a new, clean covering had I known this would be But the guys busted their butts getting things done and all had a great attitude. They were very helpful and treated us very well. I'd use you again for sure!

The office and move teams were great, another successful move for us by Two Men and A Truck.

My move happened on Jan 19, not all of my belongings fit in the truck. The movers were not interested in going back on the 19th to finish the job. They told me I would have to schedule another move the following week. This was very inconvenient we had planned on one moving day and had to take additional time off the following week and make another trip to our other home. I should have not been charged for the second move. They said we won't charge you for travel time, the office did not communicate that to the movers. In addition, I got a call the next day saying we undercharged you the travel time. Very poor communication between the office and the movers. No one seemed to think it was a big deal that my things did not get moved on the same day. Very disappointed with two men and

The team of Sam, Daniel, Mary, Tim, and Cody were excellent! They made our move from one house to another so smooth ~~~despite the the inclement weather. This team - as our others with our repeat use of you all - made the experience for our people with disabilities, whom we care for, a smooth transition. The team was empathetic to our needs, respectful, and most courteous! Thank you for once again, providing us the best!

I have used your services several times before (even in other states) with no issues. This move however did not go as hoped or as experienced with 2M&AT in the past. I had numerous large ticket items damaged in the move. Trying to work with the claims department but I have not heard back from them.
