The office person in charge was extremely communicative and addressed our changing times well. The movers called as they promised 30 minutes prior and were extremely professional and personable. Sam is a great employee and did a nice job coaching the younger team member. Only constructive feedback is the company needs to do a better job training the movers on lifting and importantly avoiding life altering injuries - the latter many of your team members don’t understand can occur in this line of work. I own a safety company and the solution is not difficult and would pay for itself in both lower WC claims and more importantly greater employee engagement.

I did have some problems. The movers put some of my items in storage. I had two units for storage at the movers suggestion. They did not tell me that they did not use one unit and I ended up paying for an extra month on a unit that was empty. The unit that they used, they piled up the boxes in the front of the unit and the middle of the unit was rather bare. This made it difficult to get at the boxes that were needed immediately.

I have used Two Men and A Truck for my last two moves and will use them again. Completely satisfied with them!

The scheduler in the office was helpful; the crew was pleasant and very flexible about making changes to the original request, including an extra stop off at another town. They also stayed at a site to help my family members lift heavy objects that was not in the original request.

My move was very last minute, and your company was available at a good price. Nicole was fantastic witcost estimates, and her estimate was right on the mark! I can't say enough positive things about the moving crew. They were polite, quick and extremely careful with my belongings. Two Men and a Truck made an incredibly stressful day much easier! Thank you!

The office team helped me via online after not being able to get ahold of anyone on the phone. She was amazing!!!!

The day of the move, the three men that moved me... AMAZING!!!! Their personalities were great, they were efficient and fast and just all around great guys!!!

Team slowed down after they took lunch; we weren't aware that they would be taking a break.We had to confirm with them that we wouldn't be charged for their break.They suggested that other clients have paid for their lunch as well as giving them a tip.We had several totes broken and scratches to our table.They stacked wood items up against our leather couch; they put heavy totes on top of lighter totes.Just not happy with the over experience.They didn't want to move lamps. Surprised at how long it took the team of 4 when a team of 2 in our past experience took half the time with more items to move.Everything was pack except for a few items to wrap.After they left the 1st apartment I closed the door and was making a cup of tea when a team member just opened the door and walked right in-rude

The two that helped me move were beyond awesome! When I got to my new place, I discovered the driveway wasn’t cleared from the snow the night before. I grabbed a shovel and got about 1/3 done before the truck came. Both jumped out, asked for shovels and it was done in no time. Awesome guys and will use again!

Team Lead, Russell, provided excellent knowledge of the process and excellent service for our day after Christmas move. He made a stressful experience during a stressful time, just a little less stressful.
